To link up small CSOs and NGOs to interested donors and sponsors for funding.
To develop organizational and institutional systems and structures for small CSOs.
Develop strategic plans, Business Plans. tools and policies for CSOs and NGOs to enable them effectively bid/acquire and manage funding and grants.
Conduct In-service training for government and non-government Organizations staff. This includes developing training programs/ manuals/ curriculum and other relevant training materials.

To boost Adult learners training approaches, methodologies, planning and evaluation using participatory approaches.
Planning and conducting of Training of Trainers (TOT) with wide knowledge of the methodology and psychology of learning and making the learning to happen with a wide experience in understanding and use of training manuals
